Founder/Director/Pack Supervisor
Tay has loved animals since she was a young child. She aspired to be a veterinarian and went to school for veterinary medicine in 2011. She had planned to open a family-owned veterinary hospital with one of her younger sisters. However, she had to change her path due to some life experiences. She stumbled across a pet care service app called Rover in 2019 and decided to officially board pups under Pups 'N Us in her home through the app in 2021. Her dream to become a veterinarian has manifested in what she believes to be a much more fulfilling role. She parted ways with Rover and decided to work independently through her website in 2023. She now cares for and plays with so many new pups in the comfort of her home every day. She has even passed down her animal obsession to her children, being able to hire her oldest daughter, Amaya, for the business.

Amaya’s youthfulness brings a refreshing energy to our service, infusing creativity and vitality into every interaction with our paw pals. She is a vibrant, compassionate teenager with an extraordinary knack for connecting with animals. Being introduced to animal care at only 2 years old, she understands the importance of individual care, patience, empathy, and gentle guidance when working with our pups ensuring that each one feels safe, loved, and well cared for.
